Emilio Jaquez serves as a Systems Analyst II in the Office of Scholarships at Florida International University. He helps manage the data and systems that support FIU’s scholarship operations — from processing data requests to maintaining the AcademicWorks scholarship search platform.
With a background in information systems and data analytics, Emilio is passionate about improving scholarship processes to make them more efficient and accessible. He is dedicated to ensuring students have the resources and support they need to pursue their higher education goals and achieve academic success.
Emilio earned both his Master’s in Information Systems – Business Analytics and Bachelor’s in Information Technology from Florida International University.
