Tatiana Viera, MS, is the Assistant Director for Financial Wellness and Scholarship Operations in the Office of Scholarships at Florida International University (FIU). In this role, she oversees Scholarship Customer Service, Emergency Aid operations, the Financial Wellness Program, special projects, and general office management, ensuring efficient operations while enhancing the student experience.
Tatiana earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Certificate in Speech Pathology from FIU and completed her Master of Science in Higher Education Administration at FIU in 2023.
With over 12 years of experience in higher education, Tatiana has dedicated her career to helping students navigate financial aid, scholarships, academic success, and resources for those experiencing unforeseen hardships. She is passionate about improving the student experience at every point of engagement while fostering operational excellence and continuous professional growth.
